5. Discuss the functions that Congress performs.
Congress discusses, debates, and votes on a bill. They discuss the pros and cons of the bill and if passed by the House of Rep, the bill then goes to the Senate to be voted on and if passed it goes to the President to either be signed or vetoed.

Congress has the power to Impeach the president, and overrule a veto. With an increase of population the House of Reps, and the Senate will grow and more people will be apart of Congress giving Congress more power, and will need to have restrictions and more power added to the other branches inorder to balnce the powers between the branches.
